Yes, most programs are available for preview, in their entirety, at no cost to you except for return shipping. Previews are allowed for 15 days unless otherwise requested. If you have not had the opportunity to preview your program within the 15 day period, call your sales consultant to extend your preview period. As long as you notify us that you need more time, you will not be billed for a late return.

Many but not all programs are available for on-line previewing. Note the icon near the program description indicating on-line preview availability. Also, to ensure optimal viewing efficiency, it is best to have a broadband internet connection. Please don't attempt to preview on-line with dial up.

Yes, preview copies are required to be returned after you have had the opportunity to review them. We ask that you return the previews via a traceable carrier (i.e. UPS or FedEx) so that you can track package delivery. The previews should be returned to our offices by the date indicated on the packing slip. Our returns address is: corVISION Media, 872 S. Milwaukee Ave., #295, Libertyville, IL, 60048. Previews are encoded so that when your tape is received back at corVISION, it will be properly noted and your account will be updated accordingly.

Yes, most programs are available for purchase or rental. Rentals are allotted for 5 days unless otherwise specified. Additional costs are applied for those programs that are pre-approved for longer rental times.

This policy differs by producer, however, in most cases your full rental price will be credited if the purchase takes place in 30-60 days.

No. You do not actually purchase the program. You are purchasing a licensing agreement. Under this agreement:

You may NOT make any copies of the videotape(s), CDs or DVDs in any form whatsoever, including but not limited to "safety" copies, archive copies, audio copies, digitized video copies, or any other copy.

You may use the video, CD or DVD as often as you need to train employees within your organization. You may NOT use this Program to train people outside of your organization, nor may you lend, rent, sell or otherwise make this Program available to any person or entity that is not a part of your organization.

You may show the Program to individuals or groups of any size in one location at a time. You may NOT broadcast or transmit this Program using any technology whatsoever including, but not limited to closed-circuit broadcast, local area broadcasts, cable-cast, intranet or Internet transmission, video server transmission, satellite transmission or any other multiple location technology without written permission from corVISION. Such broadcasts can be arranged with a separate license for which additional fees will be charged.
