The real-life vignettes featured in this video encompass the most common forms of customer discrimination and details the consequences of these negative behaviors. It is an excellent way to allay fears and misconceptions about the ADA while sensitizing employees to the benefits of a diverse workforce that includes persons with different abilities. Program 1, Focussing on Ability, is a 25 minute overview of the Title I provisions of the ADA. These are the sections of the law that impact the employment relationship between current and prospective employees with disabilities and their employers.
