Online Appointments

​Announcement: Due to the COVID-19 we will have anyone entering our office fill out the Wellness Form.  Text us when arriving for your appointment so we can enable the Kiosk with your credentials, and then we will signal you when ready to check in on our front door kiosk (Text us when arriving so we can activate the Kiosk for you due to Privacy).  Please update your health history. 

Thank you in advance for being patient as we space out our exams and other appointments to keep everyone safe.  We do have appointments available for the end of the year in December and are taking waitlist appointments as well (please text to get on the list if you don't see any appointments you like).  We will mostly likely increase our operating hours to meet the demand, but fill up our regular schedule first, so stay tuned.  Ordering contacts can be done by texting in with new 2020 contacts prescription.  We will have a waiting list for exam only, exam with buying glasses afterwards, contacts exam, and contacts exam with looking at glasses afterwards, or just browsing glasses with a valid prescription, so please specify when texting or calling for appointment as this will help in scheduling your appointment.  For those that are buying glasses, this is to help make sure the optician will be there to help with your selection.

Returning patients:  If you have a valid prescription and just want to use your insurance and/or FSA/HSA to buy another pair of glasses without coming in, can buy the same one previously as a backup and either change the color of the frame or the same color.

United Health Care Patients:  Non military is often linked with Spectera Vision. 
At this point, the youngest we see starts from 5 years old and up.

ONLINE SCHEDULING DIRECTIONS BELOW
Returning Patients: If you cannot find yourself in our system, this is because the system has your name matching how the insurance lists your first and last name.  If your first and last name doesn't come up any results, try in the first name prompt, your first name with middle name and if that doesn't work, try first name with middle initial.  Still doesn't work, then either text us at 510.270.8813 or e-mail us at info@corvision.com and we will let you know what your matching first and last name is for your profile to update your profile and still pick your own time.  Or if you would like us to schedule for you, just text us the time you requested online and we can match your profile with the right time.  Sorry for this inconvenience.  

First time contacts wearer:  Please allow at least 1 hour to include training or can schedule training on a separate time.  Make sure on appointment there is two slots back to back open and give the office a call to let us know that you are a first time contact lens wearer so we can arrange training with staff.  Best days would be Tuesday and Friday.

Appointments booked online here are locked in, unless we contact you otherwise.  Thank you for being flexible.  If you would like to change the appointment can e-mail or call the office. 

Please be aware that appointments are for exam only with time for buying glasses or contacts afterwards.  Text us if you would like to schedule for glasses and contacts without needing an eye exam (already have a non expired prescription).
